#Oral Surgeon Support Role in Training Center

Hi Teethyz Team,

I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share an idea that could benefit both the Training Center and our oral surgeons.

My suggestion is to allow oral surgeons to join the Training Center in a limited role. They would not be trainers or staff assistants. Their only responsibility would be to answer LRs’ (PTS) questions and observe what trainers do so they can learn how to become a Middle Rank (MR) in the future.

This would give oral surgeons a chance to understand how the Training Center works and improve their patient communication, without changing the current training structure. It would also help patients feel more confident when they receive answers from someone with more experience.

This role could be optional so it doesn’t interfere with their main duties.

I understand where you’re coming from, and i think it’s a pretty decent idea. However, this could also mean that Oral Surgeons in the training can wander around, disturb the training, or troll. On another note, this is also the point of TSA or MI, where Oral Surgeons will also have the experience before actually becoming an MR+. Good idea though!

There could be a feature where they can only add trusted oral surgeons maybe! 🤔

i have to disagree, I believe oral surgeons were not allowed to be in training anymore because number one there will be npc trainings in the future and number two I heard they were taken out because of lag and they weren’t needed

This has been disagreed many times because of the npc trainings, the chaos and simply just because they’re not needed as much so im going to have to disagree although it’s a very well thought out idea

I disagree if trainings were to come back, as some OS could use it to troll or exploit and it hinders training in a way as a former MR in 2021 when this was allowed.

This was a thing in the past, but it created chaos in the training center so they removed it.
