I’m pretty sure that they mean there could be roles for common time zones. for instance: est, gmt, aest, cst, etc.

If its just a role with your timezone on it I think its unnecessary, theres many different timezones and also it just creates more roles for no reason, apologies. :(

I get that these roles could be used for something like recruitment shifts and the host could ping the role that’s mainly for that timezone, but I agree with Lucia, it does add extra roles that most likely won’t even be used properly
