Hi guysss my opinion is really not needed now, but I just wanted to say as an observer of teethyz since I resigned I feel as if your point 1 in this suggestion is largely due to situations in the past, in which has lead to much distrust and therefore causing many formers to feel as if they are somehow ‘targeted’. Perhaps our amazing PR/Events team could find some ways to rebuild this?
On a slightly different note, this one is sorta for the mods. As a former myself, I definitely feel alot more layed back as an OS and alot of people do! They are comfortable with their surroundings, they feel safe. Its not a bad thing! Its fun to talk about your experiences, and I completely understand that there is an extent as to which that should be limited but this weighs into my point about distrust. (not at all trying to say that you dont, its a bit of a two way road for this kinda thing)
As for everything else mentioned, I just wanted to quickly pop in the reminder thattttt-
If theres something made very clear at teethyz, its that nobody at all is supposed to be, will be or is expected to be treated ‘better’ or ‘worse’ than others due to their rank or status at teethyz so for a few of these conversations on every POV plez consider this❤️
