Yes!!!! Also because oral surgeon have access to all appointments and if you go to training, it can show you about the all new appointments

hmm i do agree with orthodontist -> os trainings but idk about all ranks because then it can get quite repetitive
i'd say get rid of dental hygiene specialist -> x-ray specialist trainings and replace it with orthodontists -> oral surgeon!

I do agree however i think we still need to have a point requirement set to attend the training. Otherwise, people would reach Oral Surgeon within 1-2 days which sorta ruins the entire point system. I also think that the guides would need an update so that they vary between every single rank as they can get repetitive. But I agree, the trainings are pretty dead at the moment so some type of change would be beneficial!

I think overall I would agree! Maybe training aren’t needed for all the ranks, but definitely there should be one for ortho to os!
