Recruitment Shift Channel

Instead of recruitment shifts being announced in #sessions, maybe instead there can be a #recruitment-shifts channel when they are hosted. There should also be a separate ping for Recruitment Shifts and Normal Shifts.

i personally feel that recruitment shifts are fine being announced in #sessions ! regarding the ping, there doesn’t need to be a separate ping as oral surgeon is always pinged 🩷

i'm actually gonna agree to this suggestion bc it would help keep things organized & the seperate rec shift role is acc nice bc i personally dont like to be pinged to attend a rec shift when im not even working here!
