idk if this has been suggested before but i feel like there should be a community moderation team thats made up of formers that are currently lrs. a lot of the time, mods are busy and theyre mrs so they have management things to do whereas the CM team could help

Disagreed, the Moderation Team should only be MR+ in my opinion and you can always ping an HR as well because they are also Server Mods.

disagree, the mrs+ that are apart of the moderation team are trained to know what to do as a mod. whereas a former mr wouldnt be and the former left the mr team for their own reasons therefore there would be very few formers wanting to do this

suggested a good amount of times but i disagree. we obviously need a few more mods but i think that should just be restricted to mrs+ only

Me, as a LR I kind of agree with your opinion because sometimes LR’s (including me) get confused what is appropriate to type in the community server and what is inappropriate to type. Also MR’s are most certainly trained to do this kind of stuff that LR’s can get confused with. Also MR’s have npben on the game for linger so they know more about the comms server that us (LR’s). And this is just my opinion so if it’s too long just ignore it😭😭.

honestly there are a bunch of formers who are active in the server and could be a huge help without having to be in game all the time as mrs do
