A lot of LRS have issues with their clients leaving near the end of the procedure and they don’t get any points. This could solve part of the problem. Clients could have journals where they can collect stickers, toothbux, pets, etc! This would keep the clients engaged and exited to follow you back to the lobby to earn prizes for their journals. It’s kind of the same idea as us LRS earning points for completing procedures which motivates us to complete more procedures, but it motivates clients to stay until the end of their procedure, and to be more active so they earn more prizes!
