I disagree, you would need the proper skills and thkse skills would need to be seen trhougg dedicstion and effort in an application or over your time as os, not in one single training

I think the only way trainings could be implemented for this type of thing is training manually promoted SA’s and applied TSA people before their next step

i have to disagree! i agree a lot with what the others mentioned above. and also i dont think it should be easier to get mr. mr should be something difficult to get because we need people who are the best of the best basically!

HUGE disagree i’m so sorry being an mr means your ready to take on the responsibility’s, the amount of problems that would start is unbelievable, giving management intern to people and tsa passers are not a free handout the trial proves your ability to be an mr taking one single training to be an mr is absolutely absurd. even LRs that take training still don’t know how to do certain things even though their trainer explains it.

I disagree, and I'll tell you why: The SA rank is very important and the TSA application or MI is to prepare you for your next position, and it has to be difficult on purpose to see if you are ready to become a MR.

I STRONGLY DISAGREE, it’s pretty obvious but just to place emphasis the process of trying to get MR is to make sure you are ready for the challenges to come and how to actually be mature enough to deal with the situation, it weeds out the OS that lack the skills needed and will struggle as an MR, if you make it more easier, than the MR team will not function to the best of the capabilities

Being an MR needs to have activity, skills in handling stuff and being proffesional and has to know all protocols

Disagreed, we already have 2 different ways to become an MR. To become an MR takes mostly time and shows your work, activity, etc.

Disagree, sorry, but the two ways that people can get MRs work out pretty well, because we have quite a few amazing MR+ and people could easily not have what it takes to be an MR.
