I understand that they did put the points down for some ranks so everyone gets 1 point every time they have finish/made a appointment and then x2 points (2 points per appointment) for rush hour to make it more fair for Dental Assistants and other ranks. However I think the longer appointments e.g. Braces should get 2 points as you are not just doing an appointment in the procedure room but your doing an x-ray as well. Which kind of counts as a 2 in 1 appointment. I also personally think this will persuade Orthodontists and Oral Surgeons (or any MR+ staff) to do the longer appointments like braces. Every time time I join a sever there is at least 2-3 braces appointments. Especially during rush hour, most people skip the braces to get more points or in general as the appointment can take at least 5 minutes. I understand that this may seem unfair to other ranks but when you become a Orthodontist+ and do braces, you'll notice how much longer the appointments are with more steps, moving around to rooms etc. It is fine if you disagree with me it was just an idea!

i agree, this would definitely make it more fair! u could spend 5 minutes doing braces, and 30 seconds creating an appointment at the reception, while still getting only 1 poiny for both. i love this!!

agree me personally i think oral surgeons should maybe get 3 points during rush hour and 2 points with no rush hour and orthodontists receive 2 points rush hour and 2 points no rush hour

Tbh they should add more points(like 3 or 4) to all the DA+ appointments! A receptionist's job can farm more faster than a DA+ as they gain 1 point per client and there're a lot of clients, so more simple.
But yeah, the gaven points will depend on the appointment type too.

i personally think that the point system how it is is good, because usually the lower ranks have a harder time getting points, and giving them less when they actually have to work to level up seems unnecessary. as an os, you don’t need points to get staff assistant, although it may help you stick out. as long as you’re completing appointments, you have a good chance. but yes, i understand some appointments may be longer, and os used to get more points per appointment, but in reality most dentists don’t have scripts and it won’t take them much longer than a check up. just my opinion, feel free to reply!
