players sometimes go AFK while standing in line and holds up the rest of the people so after like five minutes or so there should be a response button where you can click on their name and it will move them or something

we actually have a protocol for this! if someone is afk or unresponsive, you first verbally warn them, then warn them for being AFK in the reception line then call an MR+
