i see what you mean but I don't think it's needed! there's lots of people in #staff-chat who love to answer questions and if you DM any MR, they will help you as soon as they can!

this can be helpful, but you can always dm a hr or mr or any rank that is higher than you, i agree with what Rowan said. DMing them is not embarrasing, however you are just asking a question!
