so for like mr+ they have SA+ or whatever by there name, so like the higest role on the roles list should get an image. so its not hard to tell roles apart

Definitely a creative idea but the MRS and HRS have them so that everyone knows our roles in case they have questions or run into an issue, that can easily find said rank. it would be cool for LRs to have these but it would put more work on our HRs to find good icons, and colors
