This has already been suggested multiple timess, I see why many Oral Surgeons want this ability back but, there are many cons to this.

there being more OS then trainees, OS giving wrong information to trainees, made trainings longer and harder

First, there were simply not enough room for trainees in the tc since the server would immediately just get packed up with Oral Surgeonss. Second, Oral Surgeons would sometimes give out the wrong information to the trainees (causing the trainees to be extremely confused), and made the trainings way more confusing and longerr.

it would still make it longer and it would make it harder on the cohost since they have to put you in groups and go over information
