It would be cool for workers to have buttons on the doors and workers can only press the buttons.
One button could be-Close door
Second button could be- Open door

If not that,

One button could be - Lock door
Second button could be-Unlock door

i like it but it would make finding HW during shifts hard, good suggestion though!
