NPC being stuck at a certain spot.

So whenever I have an NPC that has any DA - DHS appointment they get stuck in this one chair. Due to this, you can't get the points from the appointment and it can be a bit frustrating.

Please try fixing this problem! It used to annoy me back then.

If you or someone could get a video of the NPC leaving the chair that would be helpful as I assume it jumps up and gets stuck on the ledge there
