in my opinion, i think the area where you can get scrubs and merch from should include clothing designed for dentists by people who have created a piece themselves to make them public for people to buy, that way people can be donated through the game more often. there should be an option that you could either sell for toothbux or robux which adds on to my next idea: there should be a crate box full of different designs of scrubs.
