this is more efficient then having MIs during TSA or right after TSA, since if someone deserves a spot they should be granted one, even if their biggest skill isn't applications. if someone has been noticed in game, but they did not apply or their application was bad, they should still be invited to trial in my opinion, since theyve shown devotion to the group and stuff and they'd probably get MI anyways so why not just invite them to trial like we used to do

but how can staffing only pick a few hardworking oral surgeons theres loads of them
The same way mi works
Just instead its tsa and its a batch, also there has been batchs of mi before so it doesn’t seem to unrealistic
im not fussed on this idea
disagree
GG @drifting citrus, you just advanced to level 10!
that was a one-off situation and im pretty sure that there would be quite a lot of drama caused. i like the idea but hardworking os who didnt apply should just be awarded mi instead.
plus, there were 54 os' given tsa this batch, if around 5-10 os' were given it due to hard work, there would be around 60-70 tsas. it would be super difficult to handle and the one time it did happen, there werent as many tsa application passers, only 24 people. 30 more people passed this batch, so adding hardworking os' would not work.
like lexi said, staffing would probably have a hard time only picking a few hardworking os to get tsa due to hard work, since there are loads of them. overall, it would be super hard to manage and lots of drama would be caused
not like every batch has to have 5-10 hard working OS but more like they could just be put in the docs per normal if they were to become MI soon and they would be informed its because of their hard work via for example DMs cause why not just add them to a batch for instant bonding instead of making them MI if they are gonna get MI if yk what i mean
love thsi yes
this already happens
Where is that message?
oh thanks for clarifying that
How does it work? Is it like the message suggested that people who have gotten mi get tsa?
well theres many things that factor into it
say for example we wanna pass 60 people and we currently have 40, we might find some people who we probably wouldve given mi
my main question is if you didnt get tsa by application can you still be added mid trial via manual?
but then again, we still check your app before just inviting you. because if you clearly know nothing, youre probably not going to be invited
no
you cant be added in the middle of trial
But does that happen at the start of the trial then as you said you cant add people mid trial
well if we decide to invite people onto the tsa program, youre a tsa
we would announce those people along with the other results. no one was added this time though
But how do you get invited? As you said it isnt mid way through, im confused
Oh
So the passers are the only passers
There wont be a separate wave of manuals added
Right got it
I thought you meant that after passers came out you still had a chance to get in
If you worked hard
oh, no
Disagree bc they can try get MI. TSA is for applications
I agree
Disagree. Just because, everyone really does work hard, they are kind, hardworking, and do everything they can to get noticed, so I don’t think it’s particularly fair. Plus, TSA applications, come out, when they need Oral Surgeons, so when they I
Start inviting, every week, or even day, it will become a mess, even if they don’t pass, that’s a lot of stress for the HR/PRD, trying to find people every day, you know? Another thing is, people who are brand new to the OS system probably need a little practice, and if they get into training, what if they know completely nothing, and the HR’s, basically wasted their time. Sorry, but I think it would be 1, too stressful! 2, to chaotic. And there will probably be people asking, why they didn’t get it, and be upset, which could cause some problems with people staying.
