, it’s really hard to get points because today i had a troller and i was done with their check-up but they didn’t follow me to the exit and i got no points maybe it should tick off everything and say “Cancel appointment” and an x because I received no points for doing the appointment but I could still work at the receptionist desk! x

I mean I think its fun to do that since its also part of actual dentist work (atleast working at a dentist) but like I prefer just getting one point when done with appointment and one after being done with the leading to exit

I believe this was said in another suggestion (I’ll link if I remember) but maybe you get half points when the steps are done, and the rest when you take them to the lobby.

I agree with this. This was a feature in V2 where you could choose to guide someone back to the lobby or you could simply end the appointment when it was done/after 3 minutes. If we can keep the steps but not make bringing someone to the lobby one of these steps I think that will be helpful!
