“How does the game work; how to rank up” application center

Often awaiting trainees always come up to MR+’s and ask how to rank up, how to rank up further than receptionist, how to get points, and stuff like that. In my opinion if, if they finished the 24/7 application and passed there should be a necessity “tutorial” or information on how to play or how the game works. For example you finish the application and then there is a text box saying:

“Let’s go over some necessities of working here.”

• 0 points - Receptionist. (Training required)
• 100 points Dental Assistant. (Training required)
• 300 points Dental hygiene specialist. (Training not required)
• 600 points X-ray specialist. (Training not required)
• 1000 points Orthodontist. (Training not required)
• 1650 points Oral Surgeon. (Training not required)
• Staff assistant - Pass TSA or get recognized by an HR+, it’s mandatory to be in out communications server for this.

And more important information so that they get how our system works. At the end if they still have questions they should be able to ask questions to us MR+ in-game but that they still have a basic idea of how the system works here.

I understand what u mean but that’s why I added that they could ask us any questions still but just a basic example of how the game works, if they still have questions they can ask us

and tbh most of the times I get asked by awaiting trainees these types of questions

i personally dont think we would need this. instead we could add a board with all the info on how many points u need so people can refer back to it at any time because if the information is only shown at the end of the application then you would only be able to see it once

idk about you but all that information is easy to forget

if u can only see it once that wouldnt be helpful at all

I understand where you’re coming from but I meant it as like a “how does it go on from now?” type of situation

obviously if they have questions or forget smth it’s not the end of the world and they can ask an MR+ in game

just that they have a basic idea of how it goes on now and how our system generally works

yep that’s what I thought of aswell but it has been suggested already and I felt like it would be nice to give our upcoming lrs an intro of our game and our way of doing things

during sessions they get the information of how to work at our game they don’t get brought into the system there, we also don’t state how many points for which rank are necessary it’s just how to work as a receptionist, dental assistant, etc.

my idea was to have a basic introduction into how the game works, what each rank does and stuff like that

that doesn’t get brought up in training

i understand where you’re coming from as some information gets started there but not all and when i was a receptionist i found understanding the system quite hard
