thats what the point is your supposed to alert them, and u dont get promoted in 1 shift u get noticed and maybe recommend.

It is but the recruitment shifts are where OS can actually show off what they know to show their dedication to Teethyz and to give them a better chance at becoming an MR

there are lots of factors that go into a promotion, this gives os an opportun ity to showcase their skills and devotion
and like vivi said, you wont be promoted just because you attended one recruitment shift, theres a process
