If you pass those segments you pass the session in general

The sessions are only 15-25 minutes it's not long

If you're an awaiting training you can't warn people because you're basically a client

If you're training for lets say receptionist thats why we have the trolling segment

1 Verbal Warning , 1 Official Warning , and calling for an MR is easy to remember

Do you realize if we add more than one strike people are more bound to get it wrong

Because if they get one strike for failing the trolling segment they still pass the session

They won't know what they got the strike for and its useless going into detail for just a strike

Its better to kick them and let them realize what they did wrong instead of giving them a stike and them still being able to pass

I don’t think we should ‘be giving everyone a chance’ imo I think it’s good to make sure everybody is experienced and knows the rules + even if it is annoying atleast it reduces the number of staff trollers

There’s only 1 opportunity to show what you learnt so if there were 2 max strikes, it would basically be impossible to fail

Obviously having more staff is good but we’d rather have a smaller amount of knowledgeable staff than a ton of clueless staff

I mean all the answers are basically said in the info segment and you’re totally allowed to take notes! It’s also very hard for trainers to remember who got 2 strikes and who 1 and it’s just annoying for us and yes we could write it down but in the end we would probably need to write down over 10 usernames which is annoying and it would take a very long time

Trainings are meant to be hard so if you’re determined enough to keep trying that’s the kind of staff we want

i disagree. we do this so that you guys know for sure what to do when there is a troller. sure people still get stuff wrong in-game but that is on them. if they portrayed it correctly in the training center then they should be doing it the exact same way.
