Heya! Instead of the board saying ‘55 minutes’ is should say ‘45 minutes’ instead. As you have to join trainings 10 minutes earlier. I have noticed a lot of confusion amongst other LRs when trying to attend a session. The timer ends, they try to join, but it’s already locked. This would eliminate any confusion and allow staff to get to sessions on time!

Or just have something at the bottom of the screen saying “(Make sure to join 10 minutes prior!)”
