We already have Oral Surgeon, we don't need a Surgeon role.
As well, we need Oral Surgeon as a role. This means the role is specific. If there a Surgeon role, that wouldn't be specific for a dental practice. It could mean any surgeon, which may lead to confusion and incorrect rp. It wouldn't be necessary anyway.
