i get why u think this but sometimes a dentist may not want to claim an appointment and if they just get given one itd be unfair for them to be forced to do it

There could be a decline button though and then a cooldown. Maybe even a way to turn the system off on your character.

I disagree, I think them claiming appointments would be better. I don't see how appointments being automatically distributed would be benefiting, it can provide us with complaints and angry staff. People like to spectate too, and some like to take photos. If you were being given an appointment while taking a photo it would ruin the photo, right? I see what you mean by Dental Assistants and Dental Hygiene Specialists not being able to claim appointments because most Orthodontists and Oral Surgeons prefer appointments other than braces, I think Dental Assistants should be able to claim the appointments meant for that rank, Dental Hygiene Specialists can claim the appointments for their rank, X-Ray Specialists can claim appointments for their rank, Orthodontists claim appointments for their rank, and Oral Surgeons claim appointments for their rank + braces because there's always so many. I feel bad for the Dental Assistants-X-Ray Specialists that cannot claim appointments due to the Orthodontists and Oral Surgeons. I see how it can be frustrating when they can't do appointments. I just don't like the idea of it automatically being distributed. It's a very good suggestion though!! Just my opinion.
