multiple ppl already made this suggestion like in the last few days and ppl keep saying the same thing

os may enjoy attending sessions but mrs arent spending our time our own lives in sessions to make os happy

its for trainees and realistically a lot of os were distracting to the trainees and trainers, would answer pts at the wrong time and answer wrong, and would make the whole session go slower

get how u enjoyed attending and i used to as well but trainings are much better now and ur js not gonna be added back

Overall the main reason for the oral surgeons removal was due to impracticality and lack of efficiency. I, myself have noticed that the functionality of trainings when OS are there mainly leads to the trainings being longer. Adding onto this, this does not apply to OS who do this but there was loads of OS who would misbehave during sessions, whether thats asking the trainer questions every 10 seconds (which distracts the trainer), or it would be answering PTS when they are not permitted to. In addition, there would be OS sneaking on stage there really isn't any need for oral surgeons at trainings. Although I know it might be deemed more 'difficult' to get MI, MRs and HRs are always looking for dedicated OS, and an alternative of being in game 24/7 you can always apply for the TSA programme which is in fact, currently out.

I think it was fun, but the outcry about not getting into trainings was annoying, even as an OS myself.

I feel it like created way too many problems with people not being able to make it and it crashing servers/causing tons of lag! I think its best that they keep it like this.
