We need a full on list on how to be promoted. I’m my previous suggestion I said that OS deserve extra recognition. (And I’m my opinion they do.) How on earth can people get promoted when we don’t even attend trainings anymore? Honestly, we don’t know how. Can’t you guys see that many OS are struggling with being promoted? Someone left a comment on my previous suggestion saying how there should be like “Time-prizes” Let me be extra clear this time, I worked for 2-4 hours EVERY day, not just one day guys. So many people were mad because they just assumed I worked 5 hours a single day. That’s not the case. I worked that amount every day. How can I be promoted when I don’t know how? Someone also commented on my previous suggestion saying how you need to also have good attitude and be respectful. But, even if that is common knowledge, how would an OS know they are doing anything wrong when nobody is watching the ones that aren’t being promoted?

We need to know if we need to have proper grammar. We need to know if we will only get promoted if we are 13+, we need some type of guide to being promoted.

With all of the 500+ applications submitted during TSA, how can you ever expect to be promoted? And, let me just say, being a receptionist was fun! Attending trainings were fun. But, when you are an OS and you aren’t getting promoted, what is there to look forward to? Let me answer that, nothing. I mean, shifts can be fun, but like I said, it is a great honor getting hardest worker, but, it literally does nothing. I will not argue with you guys.

I have the right to give my opinion. This channel is literally called “suggestions” don’t name it that if you guys are going to be mad at me for stating my opinion.

If I could get some type of tutorial from someone who looks for people to promote that would actually be amazing. I don’t even know how to be promoted and I have been OS for at least 3+ months. ❤️

It's clear already. You need to have Discord and be 13 and over, and be at least one month as an OS to be eligible. Any requirements that are on the TSA form besides the dates are the same requirements to being promoted.

Trainings didn't help with being noticed for a promotion. All Oral Surgeons did there is answer questions and help with procedure/trolling segment. Working at the Dentist shows skill, how you deal with trollers, etc. You can't get that from trainings.

Shifts do help, and it's a great way to get some work in. Only 30 minutes a day can help, you don't need to do 2-4 hour shifts everyday, like I said on the other suggestion it can make you lose motivation fast.

And also, you don't need to be watched to automatically assume you'll get a promotion. There's a lot of ways to monitor someone without being in game.

Okay, but for a person who hasn’t done TSA, how would they know that? For a new OS, they wouldn’t know these expectations. We need a real checklist on what we need to do. Clearly, what we are doing now isn’t working, so, what can I be doing better? That is all I am asking, there are so many patient and kind OS in game, and nobody would even know what they can do because they don’t know the expectations.

There is nothing you can do to be better. If you listened in trainings it also gives you basic information on how to be promoted

I would say 2-4 months on average. But that's if you work hard.

And my suggestion would include that. A list of unique questions that OS wouldn’t typically know.

Example:
What is the average time that it takes for an OS to be promoted? - Normally about 2-4 months with hard work.

This may determine who is really going to be serious with the OS role, and, would also help give the player an idea of how much work they will be putting in. It’s not a super complicated concept, I would just like to have an idea on these things.

honestly i just wouldn’t say ‘this is the average time to be promoted’, bc if you get past that ‘average’ and aren’t promoted, OS would probably think they aren’t working hard enough or aren’t worthy of the position but that’s just not true. it’s impossible for us to notice and recommend the 10k+ OS that want to become MR within a time span, which is why TSA is a thing. it gives you a bigger opportunity.

Guys hallie is right about all of this i stop playing teethyz because i would play with hallie pretty much all day being excited for being promoted and all that and idrc that this can hurt my status on teethyz bc i dont play anymore and i probaly wont because its just to much work for OS to not get what they deserve and all that and it hurt EVERYONE when they took away OS during trainings theres litterly no point to play anymore! This organsation is clearly out of order and needs to be fixed bc idc about ig anymore and idc about grammer at all so im done with it have a great day im never playing your game again and leaving this discord server good bye

we cant accept all 400+ applications. i know someone personally who applied for tsa 6 times before they were accepted. if you are dedicated, we notice. and honestly i can’t tell you exactly what to do to be promoted because out of thousands of OS, it’s not easy to stand out. you don’t have to play for hours and hours on end to be noticed, there’s not any certain things you can do to be promoted. like vivi stated before, we look for skill, how you deal with situations at the dentist, how you treat others, etc etc. you can play for 30 minutes a day or even less, and that doesn’t alter your chances. no matter how long it takes, if you really want it you can get it.

I’ve been taking a break. Overworking myself honestly is better than giving up because I wanted to be promoted so bad I wasted like a year of my life trying. I want to know every little detail of how to be PERFECT at what I do, because clearly I won’t get any where If I keep doing what I’ve been doing for the past year.

All I wanted were some clear expectations on what they look for. It’s not personal it’s just my opinion. It’s a game. Honestly I shouldn’t be stressing over it anymore as it’s not going anywhere unless I happen to be one of the lucky few that pass TSA. Other people may not think to ask for expectations. You shouldn’t overwork, overworking doesn’t do anything, I’d say shift 30 minutes every few hours shifting several hours DOES NOT get you noticed because it’s the same people in-game and they couldn’t do much but if you do shift 30 minutes every few hours you’ll get noticed by multiple MRs. Also another thing is hinting this WHOLE suggestion is literally hinting and will ruin your chances! About TSA, obviously the people who have the best application,leadership and skills etc will pass! Also you do not need to use grammar it won’t magically get you promoted because it doesn’t matter it is your overall choice!

right im putting this straight and not gonna sugarcoat this. you get promoted for consistent activity. chances are if your arguing with mrs about how you havent been promoted, you wont be promoted. patience and equal and steady 30 minute shifts everyday will do. if you want a list just ask a hr and theyll tell you, not a big riffraff. even if youre active you may not be promoted because you arent consistent. these regulations arent a free passs to be promoted, or else everyone would be promoted.

Here is the thing, if you scroll up you will see I have asked the HR’s several times just for ways to learn how to be better, and I want every little detail and that’s just not what they are giving me. I not sure how the whole process works with being promoted, but I will be patient. And I honestly have been quite patient, but, it is only a suggestion for clearer expectations. It was never meant to be an argument and I already ended the topic. I don’t want to argue but I just wanted a set of expectations. And all I was doing was repeating the same thing over and over again so I thought it would be best to just end the conversation. I am done talking about it. As I said before, thank you all for the feedback, and your time.

if you are so bothered by others providing insights then dont make a suggestion as this comes with it. close the suggestion or delete it if it makes you feel better.. this isnt a suggestion which contributes to staff operations, more something that you can ask a hr in your own time politely. those involved turned this into a place where you were arguing with their insights. if you want your opinion to be heard, respect other peoples!!! we all have an equal voice which is heard, however, when you are arguing with helpful insights and arguing that you deserve it, you wont be promoted as that's the playing field. we're not going to give you a set of instructions on how to get mi bcuz then everyone would have mi.

From a perspective of a former High Rank, the promotion system is completely functional, operational, and not to mention it has been the same for an exponential period of time. However, I cannot tell you how it works as that would be leaking.

You need to understand that whilst there isn't a set list of requirements, we have values in which all staff must utilise in order for the group to function successfully. These being:

z_heart_pulse Working professionally throughout your Teeth'yz career.
z_heart_pulse Not disrupting the dentist via trolling, disrespect towards clients-shrs etc.
z_heart_pulse Genuinely remaining active and dedicated to the group, 10-15 minuets a day will do, however this isn't a set requirement so it isn't obliged/required but just strongly recommend for future purpose.

I understand that it is frustrating that you are not being promoted. However, in contrast to making many suggestions about the same topic you can take the feedback given and remain working hard. The best tips I can give to you are:

z_heart_pulse Don't hint (Ask or request a promotion, or to be recommended to a HR).
z_heart_pulse Remain active on a regular basis (20-30 mins a day is what I'd suggest or just go to shifts, they are a funner way to get active).
z_heart_pulse Don't over work yourself. (Remember school, family matters, friends and social life is far more important than Teethyz, don't do countless hours a day if you feel it's not paying off).
z_heart_pulse Be respectful towards all people, no matter their rank. You will probably get noticed for a bubbly and kind personality, so why not spread joy to everyone in the dentistry.

You mentioned trainings, but in my opinion it's about the function of teethyz, not to help with promotions. The training centre is running quicker and less stressful due to less experienced OS disturbing trainings, answering questions and asking trainers questions every two seconds.

Another way to get noticed and promoted is stand out! Not by doing crazy hours but making yourself stand out and different to others. Be creative, show that you are different. Whether it’s a greeting different from the rest or just how you act whilst in game whilst still remaining professional.
