Been suggested before, also just no. Trainings are way smoother without OS. If anything, yâall caused extra hassle.

I understand where you are coming from as attending trainings were pretty much my favorite part. As an OS ( for several months.) it can get really boring. And not to say I donât have fun but, if people donât pass TSA they are pretty much just doing the same thing till TSA comes back out and you still are not promised passing. I worked for 5 hours one time, and I was not noticed a single time. I went on discord to say I had worked for so long, and an SA said that I shouldnât be working so much, so getting promoted just isnât going to happen for me unless I pass TSA. Donât waste your life on stressing over teethyz. Missing one shift wonât effect you, go have fun! I know I really stressed over it to not even get promoted. I really enjoyed trainings and now I am not hardly active after being active every day for 6 months. I get that OS caused extra drama sometimes butâŠthey honestly donât have anything to do. Great suggestion in my opinion. â€ïž
