No, you shouldn’t be able to get SA from points! There are requirements to becoming an SA, like having discord. If the person who reaches the amount of points needed for SA, and don’t have discord, it wouldn’t work! 
If there was a certain amount of points to get to an MR rank, I think that would just turn into a disaster very quickly. I know they can’t allow so many people on the team, plus they’d need discord. It just won’t work very well! I totally agree with the NPC idea though!
you can just read the above for the mr suggestion bc there’s nothing else to add to that, but the NPC thing i personally don’t agree with, someone has suggested it before and i replied that it’s damn near impossible to program an NPC to react or reply to your chats so it’d be quite boring to be doing work on a brick wall. and most of the time i see the waiting areas being filled with clients and no dentists claiming their appointments.
i get the NPC idea but how would that work???? how would the NPC respond to what you’re doing in the appointment? i just feel it doesn’t make much sense. also i see how doing so many appointments or so many points may be seen as working hard but there’s more to working hard. <33
okay… I like the npc idea, but however I don’t think they should get points for only doing npcs, people will take that as advantage. I believe it should only be for super low ranks which is hard to claim appointments not for oral surgeons they can still do npc but not get points, & orth.
mr+ should not be an easy rank to achieve and if you are super active for months and have discord and everything and still don’t get promoted then that means you need to reevaluate yourself and how you’re working and how you can improve. quite honestly, mr ranks aren’t hard to achieve if you put the work in and act professional, mature, and in an appropriate manner
Coming from a OS, MR+ Should not be easy to get as what's the point? Points are hard enough but Points to get to SA? that would be to easy. You need to work hard to get SA, and Points does not prove anything to be honest.
If you were able to get enough points for an MR rank, then what's the point in becoming an MR+? No one would even want to anymore because that would just be useless, since everybody can just get MR.
The NPC idea is amazing though.

And for the NPC, If you want to rank up, work hard. It's about patience, hard work and skills. You can't use A NPC as a client, otherwise what's the point of clients themselves?
If your wanted a way to get SA through points i think there should still be a quiz invloved and a background check and anything we would do normally and a check that the person has discord
I agree and disagree. Some people aren't good at filling out applications but are really hard workers. I wish there was an easier way to become MR because so many people do the application. I've been here for a year as a OS and I can't rank up because my application doesn't get chosen. I think maybe if their was a training that tested your knowledge as a OS and if you know enough you can be on trial that would be good.
if there was a training then a lot of OS would attend

I've applied like 4-5 times as OS which applications come out not that often, I haven't gotten it and can't get promoted. I try and change up what I say but a lot are my opinion and then the rest is just the MR question stuff
I agree with the applications but I wish you could log the time that you worked to know if you were active for that year
they need to see who has the knowledge and abilities to become an MR+ and they can't release it every month cause then they would have like 100 staff assistants
you can get promoted you just have to work hard enough and get noticed

I know but I've been here awhile but its hard to answer some questions because it's different everywhere. Like at some places Trollers get 2 warnings and some get 3. Its hard to answer questions without being able to be put in that situation.

back when i was an mr here the only way to be promoted was by a db+ and it really isn’t that hard if you put the work in consistently and get noticed

I think that was be to easy to get, overall someone who wants to be an SA needs to work hard, be patient, have skills, communication skills and experience with their role, trainings will do nothing but make them think that jts easy and they don't really need to do anything but just pass the training, overall I don't agree with it!
They are looking for the right people and they can't just choose everyone they have to choose the people who did a good application and those who were professional, used grammer, read the questions and answered them with great answers.

also there is a rank limit so if it was easier for os to get mr that limit would fill up really fast, some people who don't deserve it more than others could get mr and not be dedicated to the role, end up getting demoted etc.

They repeat it so many times it like Koala Cafe.
So it is a good idea for NPC when they become available.

koala cafe is different though. they serve food, teethyz is a dentist. it would be hard to do their appointment

also, i disagree with u on the OS being ranked to MR easily. besides, there is already an MR army rn and a trial so I can't imagine how big the team will be
