Instead of DA's having to do appointments, You can make them assist the Dentist instead because their is no point calling them dental Assistant if they don't assist, you can make them claim a spot to assist the DHS+. And the DA appointment can be for DHS levels.

in real life dental assistants are the ones who clean and check your teeth, then tell you if you need any other procedures. they also do these things before the actual dentist comes in to do a procedure. so it’s pretty realistic as it is.
