Yes, but there would also be many trollers at the desk.
Still would be easier for people that are asking questions and don’t want an appointment. And less frustration for those in line at the reception that are there for an appointment. Some questions take a lot of back and forth.
Although some people will still go to the reception and ask questions rather than the help desk so don’t know if it would do much.
Isn’t that what supervisors for? & other higher ranks?
they are there for supervising and ensuring everything is running smoothly at the clinic etc. , but you can still ask them questions though if you have any. we are all more than happy to help you out to the best of our ability with any questions you may have. c:
