Updated the mod today with the recent fix. If I go to withdraw resources, it will keep giving resources even though it shouldn't. I had 100 ammo in one box and could withdraw three stacks of 100 each. I picked up the boxes and made fresh boxes. Each one is set for 1 item every 60 seconds.

I just tested on SP and it was working okay - should be fine on server too 🙂
I would recommend re-installing your own install of the mod
and then re-starting the server as you say, to update the server files too

I just did a stop & restart of the server, and it's working as expected. Put in one, remove one and the counter goes to zero.
