#Will I be in a good position if I make these moves considering my current situation?

But yeah up to you of course if you find it necessary to continue down the career you want
Sounds like a good deal all-around tbh for the free tuition. How much does the tuition for the OSU online program cost? You could do the math and see if it's worth transferring to another company and seeing if your overall pay increases. If the difference is not that large, search around for what opportunities are within your team so that it's a smoother experience beyond the onboarding
How did the onboarding process sour the experience?
Took forever to get my accounts set up and my coworkers aren't the best fit for me. All older than me and some are very weak minded. I don't want to be in that environment.
Yep, that's not unreasonable since with 2 YOE you'll start looking at mid level positions instead of just new grad / junior positions. $120K is a pretty good jump, but ofc if you join big tech, unicorns, or move to HCOL, that number can indeed be significantly higher than even $120K
Awesome man, I'll send in an app this weekend. Glad I'm on the right path.
