#Quantifying my life to measure my self improvement over time, how would you improve these questions?

Essentially I'll fill out a Google form I made everyday which will populate a spreadsheet. What do you think of these questions? Or what do you think of this approach in general?
often the mere act of thinking about how you are feeling allows you to reflect on your day and be mindful and that will automatically help you feel better (likewise with writing a journal etc) so I can see this as being useful
Reducing your life to numbers sounds like a terrible idea
better to reflect on your day in numbers than to not reflect at all imo
Isn't self monitoring a valid technique used in CBT? I've been to a therapist before and they've asked me to quantify similar things so it must have some basis
