you can either do the assignment, learn from it, or dont do the assignment
really up to you
i dont really see what telling the person that you dont know what CRUD is would do for you tbh
Obviously I don't mind learning I mean getting into programming is all about it but he expects this finished in 4 hours. Never dealt with net core 6, never knew what CRUD was, let alone don't even know how the controllers work and also supposed to use Kendo UI? I don't mind trying it obviously just last contract position I had they had me working on day 1 like if I knew it all already? Then got let go for not being experienced enough??
i mean this will sort itself out, if you dont do well on the take home they wont hire you
and you dont have to worry about what they will want you to do on the first day
but you did do well on the take home then they would deem you knew enough to do the job
at least thats how it is at 99% of places
i wouldnt worry so much
