so i have informed here that my resume bullet points should changed after reading the resume-review-legacy and i have read it. anything should i exactly change in this new resume, and also i have informed that i should add new projects should i do the new projects also with react express mongodb or should i use new technologies because am aiming for full stack

You need to make sure you fill up the page man, recruiters wont like seeing half a resume
Fill them up with your best school projects/assignments and you can replace them as you build new projects

Put your boring projects on your resume and apply to your internships, and create better projects to slowly phase out the old ones over time
Stop the idea of applying, and just focus on project creation and come back in a month or so and show us what you got then
