@coral hatch are you applying effectively? using recruiters? I would personally remove all the skills you have at the bottom, you shouldn't have to list them it should appear in ur xyz descriptions I would also bold them so it's easier to pick up
also not sure how long you've been applying to and how many applications
it took me roughly shy of a month to land a new gig but I was applying like crazy, working with multiple recruiters and took a lot of time to get my resume put together
I would focus on recruiters, making sure your resume has substance and applying effectively i.e don't just spam jobs actually read the entire post, and apply multiple ways (on their site, linkedin or indeed or glassdoor, email hr or reach out on linkedin ect)
also are you currently employed? that should make you 3x better given you got a solid reason for jumping ships
