having the jobs backwards is weird
basically 100% of resumes I see have the timeline the other way with recent at top
I'll make that change for sure
its also not really clear waht the scope of "principal" means here

our little division is 20 engineers

What sort of metrics should I include?
Anything that shows your business impact, similar to what you'd put in your brag doc for performance reviews
Metrics are less important than communicating a scope/scale
