Background of myself : I have programming knowledge just that i creates more bugs than fixing those bugs.
I had learn C#, Java, python but it been a year plus without using the programming skills.
I am not sure if my resume have used the STAR-based or not.
with my skills i am not sure what kind of job i should be looking for...
if my resume is too long, what kind of awards should i remove?

remove soft skills. remove summary
i usually bolden the initial keyword on technical skills
I kept all my achievments in the relevant sections itself to cut down on length
so all the academic achievements under Bachelors in a single bullet point
my best paper award i just boldened in the relevant section
but ig it also looks good the way u have it.. i am not sure how strict/non-strict your country is towards a one page resume.. tho i doubt it would hurt cuz at worst they just wont read the second page
