Hey everyone! I am trying to switch jobs and cannot get an interview. I got the first job I applied for out of college and so I feel a bit behind resume and interview wise. I would really appreciate any advice here! I used Jake's resume template. Previously, I was told I need stronger bullet points, but would appreciate some more specific advice or changes I can make.

This is a revised resume, so I haven't applied anywhere with it yet.

Your education doesn’t wrap…

now that you have experience you can move down the education to the bottom
also not sure I like your one key results bullet point. you can just have the content without the words "key results"

from what I know (and I'm no expert) the education is at the top for new grads, and at the bottom for experienced.

you can also remove the interests
might wanna consult someone else about the actual contents of the bullets, they feel somewhat vague to me but I can't pinpoint what would make them better

great resume, i would like to make all of the positions the same name just so it's easier for recruiters, so software engineer for all positions. remove the hybrid, its unnecessary text and makes it look like you want a remote role

also I'm guessing the role with just year is an intern role, I would make that more clear that it was an intern role with software engineer intern or something like that rather than having 2long names. also why not just use the same start month year - end month year for that as well? recruiters will get confused
