Make sure the smallest words are in 11+ point font (your contact info looks tiny), and your bullets should be indented. Also, there's no guarantee that a scanner will be able to understand the icons at contact info, just sayin. I'd remove the empty line at the top too.
Consider removing the Summary. The first sentence is particularly unhelpful, the hiring manager already knows you want the job you're applying for. You can put "Full Stack Developer" as your title under your name if you wish, but your work experience should speak for itself. Remove "Key Achievement" and probably the sentence after it since it's listed under your work experience again.
Keep the formatting uniform. A good format is "Title of Thing(in bold) - Company | City" and right-indent for the date. For example:
"Bachelor of Computer Science(in bold) - University | City (right-indent)2019"
"Full Stack Developer II(in bold) - Company 1 | City (right-indent)Feb 2022 - May 2024"
And for your projects, I'd add a descriptor first: "Videogame - Live Trivia (right-indent)June 2023-Present". Your call.
Whatever format you choose, make sure it's the same for Education through Projects, since it's different every time currently.
Your sentences are strong 👍. I'd avoid listing the "Technologies" at the end of each section though, put them in sentence form or incorporate the most important aspects into your existing sentences. Your skills should be the catch-all, there's no use putting AWS after each section as well as in Skills. If a job calls for something specific you want to showcase, customize your resume for that specific job by removing one irrelevant bullet and adding another (for example, a sentence about how you used Feathers JS if it's in the job description).
Sentences under Mom's Cooking should be rephrased, maybe adding a comma in the first (before "increasing sales") and using cause-effect in the second ("supporting the Shopify site to increase user retention...").
Consider putting headers under Skills in bold (Languages, Frameworks, etc.). Hope that helps
