Sound stupid, but I'm gonna aim at sleeping 9 hours a day: 7.5 hrs of consistent sleep and 1.5 hr nap.
Why? I once read this one pair of siblings: one is an influener who has crazy life from all around the world and a regular boy.
The sister probably has the best life that everyone ever asks, yet when getting asked what she lacks, "sleep" she said. She slipped out of school, and did everything but "memorizing". A "not for school" type.
Her brother is the opposite. A true believer of routines. 10 PM sharp -> 🛌 . Sound boring, yes he does. Yet the routine and discipline that he chooses makes him become a proud PhD student of top schools (MIT or Stanford or something).
It means brain power is not all about genetics, but about routines, disciplines, and consistent sleep, which I never had in my life.
Well I'm gonna and see how that is going to change me
