Move experience to the top, remove the summary section. It should be Experience -> Technical Skill -> University -> Projects.
For your experience points go into a bit more detail on what exactly you did. For example, in your first point you said you built a scalable data processing platform. What was the project, what data did it parse, etc. Same for the other points.
Experience should be most recent to least recent in that order.
