yes TS so that will be helpful on my next job search
Move to Virginia.
I am lol
well at least Washington D.C if that counts
Day 1 - 4/17/2024
Well my 7 day vacation / doom session is over. I guess I will survive on my own now since my best study friend is gone. Oh well. Lets go back in for a second run, for various reasons relying on my conditional job offer is not enough anymore. Rules are basically, 12 hours of studying a day in 1 hour sessions. 20 job applications per day minimum. Lets do 4 leetcode problems per day as a goal, including the daily for the streak. This time though, unlike my last grind I'm not going to lock myself in my room. I'm on social meeting apps and I'm signing up for a boxing gym I'm going to attend for 1-2 hours per day and train. If I get anybody that wants to hang out, I'll try to see if it goes anywhere. Lets do this again. Winning conditions for this is 120k TC as a target, preferably in a tier 1 city.
Gym membership secured and started working out. Going to try to spend 3 days on exercise, 2 days tue and thur on boxing, and weekends on cardio
Day 2 -
Applied to 15 jobs and got rejected from 2 already. Has to skip the gym but going to go this morning.
Just got back from a morning of lifting for my shoulders mainly and a 5km jog on the threadmil
Yeah buddy! Gonna get those death star delts
Working on strength or size in the gym? I've been doing almost pure hypertrophy for a few months and still making gains in size
size in the gym mostly, i want to weigh around 160lbs
Cool. How many lbs to go and how long have you been lifting? I am trying to stay the same weight and gain size (recomp), I'm around 220
not long so far, im 147lbs trying to get 160lbs and start boxing
I'm about in between 5'11 and 6'0
then I hope the noob gains can help you towards your goal. I wish I could grow again like I did when I first started (natty)
I'm trying to stay around 220, I'm about 6'4"
idk if its noob gains i used to gym a lot like 9 months ago
they say u get your old gains back quickly
yes, growing the muscles is the hard part. If you stop for a while and come back it is much easier to get back to where you were.
I think finding something long-term sustainable is best for me, nothing worth doing can be done quickly
well im continuing the search right now. Had a really good in person interview today, maybe I get another offer from it but its just a temp job nothing special. I've applied to 100s of jobs the last week, and I'm continuing. I'm in the middle of moving but once I'm settled I'm going hard on leetcode. I feel so confident interviewing this time around, a lot of my weakness is GONE
