But anyway idk what kind of finance you're talking about but if it's not like swe work at a finance company which doesn't necessarily have a lot to do with actual finance concepts, you might have to go back to school for an MBA unfortunately. High profile finance jobs don't have a lot of paths for people in other industries to break into imo
