I am a CS graduate from 2021. It has been 2 years since then and I have still yet to find any success of landing a job. Especially with the current state of the tech job market, it has created quite a mental toll on me at this point. And unfortunately, I am one of those grads that did not take any internships during college, which in hindset, I may be deeply regretting.

Would getting a Master's degree (or grad school) be worth it at this point?

I feel that even if I try to take some job that is non-related to my major while grinding projects on the side and searching for jobs, it still won't do much. 90% of the jobs that I have seen now require job experience particularly in the CS field. I have even considered perhaps taking up some certificate programs offered by colleges.

I just do not know where to go from here. Some guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

have u had ur resume reviewed? what jobs are u applying to? where?

i think most people typically advise against a masters unless going into a more specialized field (AI, ML, DS) as really a bachelors is all you should need for a generic SWE job. So my advice kindve circles to my above questions wrt to resume and types of jobs youre applying to
