Currently interviewing at a company. I passed all of the technical rounds and now I'm at the behavioral rounds.
The vibe/hint I've gotten from each of my interviewers is that the behavioral rounds are going to have a big emphasis on why I want to join the company.
Is it better to focus on positives I see as far as potential growth for myself at the company (low turn over, lots of people stay many years and have a lot of knowledge in the area I'm trying to go into)? Or to focus on why I like their products? Or something else?
