yeah its not necessary, u could bold stuff if u reaally wanted i guess
italics are fine for titles, although it doesn't really add much for keywords.
if you apply to companies looking for candidates familiar with certain technologies, bold would stand out better, although your lists at the bottom should be sufficient for keyword matching for recruiters.
a personal take: i would recommend not saying "blah SWE Intern". say "Software Engineering Intern". no acronym, straight to the point. you can put the org/team in the description.
i would be interested in more technical details around the 'alerting system' in the top entry - this would increase the initial impression of your resume, and what specific 'automation tools' were used for the linux technician entry. also, 'AWS Lambda functions' with what language? the more technical details the better
also, not sure why you've bundled 'JavaScript/Node' in Languages... I'd think Node would be in the frameworks list
