#6mos first job, feeling stagnant, just a rough patch or should I be upskilling + looking at jobs?

In terms of whether you'll be able to get jobs yet, the only way to test that is by applying to them
It is fairly unusual to not have work, which makes sense, because it indicates a very dysfunctional business
The main thing I'd be concerned about for you is going to interviews where they expect you to have experience and you don't
Sometimes it is; sometimes it's not. It definitely has been harder for juniors
For the first 2 months, id bank on up to 3 weeks of that being setting up credentials and fixing local environment quirks. My experience working at a variety of mid-size companies has been, it's all kind of a shit show tbh. I don't disagree with your conclusions but did want to voice that different experience
Oh yeah, that's a good point. I was thinking about the steady state
Yeah tbh my first thought there would be that they're getting pulled into planning/etc meetings and cancelling what they view as "low priority" recurring meetings. Could be one of many things, several of which are maybe reasons to consider moving on, but none that I think would be directly indicative of like negative reviews incoming or anything
