15 bucks is definitely lower than what should be offered even at entry level but considering it is remote and (assuming you don't have a job now), if I were you I would take it as I am also searching for a job and any job is better than no job. Also you can gain experience.
Just keep applying to places in the mean time and whenever you get a better offer you can leave.

I think so. If company is good it could be good experience.
hopefully for a short while. I am a new grad with only experience at a startup headed by a friend so take my opinion with lots of salt.
