Did your recent installations include a smart thermostat? Maybe you can program it to do more air conditioning in bulk and then rely on the thermal mass to not turn on and off randomly so much. You might need to accept some small 2 degree temperature swings ... this all depends on how well your house is sealed. I'm not sure there's anything to win here other than limiting the start stop transients and keeping it running as long of a duty cycle as you can stand.

Why not just run the air handler while the windows are open? Or I guess you'd want a "outside intake" just a duct to pull air in. But this is fool's gold perhaps because if temperature difference is not big enough and you run this thing for 2 hours vs just doing air conditioning for 30 mins and you're at the same consumption, ... and it might not be responsive enough is what I'm getting at. Idk I didn't know these things existed other than just having the intake duct.

what happens in america is that the interest on your first home is tax-deductible, but just the interest, so it only helps in the early part of the loan, you get this massive tax deduction benefit while you're paying interest. so you get some calculation from the bank how much interest you paid in the year and write it on your tax form and get the refund. don't think this applies to second homes or investment properties, it must be your first house that you live in also.

They have special property tax court, which other than liens that prevent home equity loans, they can move the process so far along as to take your house.
